Lead a multi-talented team

Identify and recruit 5-Star talent to create a top-notch team
Provide coaching and development to support a fun and respectful work environment
Ensure operations run smoothly to deliver fresh food and excellent service every day
Contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals
Showcase your leadership skills and commitment to Wendy's values

What you bring to the table:

Minimum of one year experience in a leadership role, preferably in foodservice
High school diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
Flexible work availability

You're willing and able to:

Stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
Handle various weather conditions and physical tasks
Operate restaurant equipment and technology efficiently
