About the Role: Night Auditor As our Night Auditor , you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Your Impact You will support day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You'll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams—driving accountability, engagement, and results. What You'll Be Doing Operations & Execution Deliver smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Guest Experience Deliver exceptional service rooted in passion for hospitality Anticipate needs and respond with a solutions-first mindset Create memorable, personalized experiences for every guest Team Collaboration Work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work environment Support a culture of respect, energy, and accountability Compliance & Standards Follow all company policies, safety standards, and procedures Maintain accuracy in processes, reporting, and documentation Uphold a culture of accountability and operational excellence Run audit reports/journals from all computer profit centers and outlets Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout their shift Input onto the PC revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day's operations Ensure all reports and back-up vouchers are complete and filed properly Ensure all necessary copies of documents/back-up and reports of daily work are distributed to the proper person (i.e. A/R, A/P, and Payroll) Greeting guests and processing hotel registration Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay Processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy. Requirements Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Have patience, tact and diplomacy Provide exceptional customer service Work as a productive team member by contributing positive energy Perform the duties of the position in a safe manner Ability to write routine reports and correspondences Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite Be professional in all interactions with guests and associates OPERA/PMS Systems experience preferred Effective interpersonal and written communication skills Previous front desk / guest services experience a must with one-year experience in a similar size hotel operation required. Prior night audit experience preferred Previous Opera and Micros experience a plus Be professional in all interactions with guests and associates Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to perform basic mathematics and cash transactions The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
