The Opportunity Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty, you are accountable for driving onsite culture, team performance, safety, service execution, and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy developing people, and are looking for a clear pathway into higher‑level operational leadership. Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well‑rounded leadership, business, and operational skills.
