This role is about more than presenting equipment and pricing. It is about listening to customers, understanding what matters to them, and recommending solutions that make sense for their home, comfort, and budget. Your job is to understand their needs, evaluate available options, and make the purchasing process clear and comfortable from the initial appointment through the final handoff. Success in this position requires strong relationship‑building skills, consistent follow‑up, and the ability to confidently guide customers through equipment, pricing, financing, and solution options without losing the consultative approach.
