Location: Indianapolis, IN (Keystone Crossing area)
Schedule: Hybrid (in-office daily except Wednesdays + half-day Fridays in the summer)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Bonus: ~15% based on KPIs

A growing real estate organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple projects. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to project-level financials, month-end close, and overall portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger for assigned projects/entities
• Lead and support the month-end close process
• Review and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activity
• Assist with audit and tax support
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Partner with internal teams to support project performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience within property management or real estate
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Stable work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi
• Strong technical aptitude and systems experience
