Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy team delivering a major semiconductor facility. You will independently prepare mechanical cost estimates, take-offs and commercial management of complex installations. Responsibilities include evaluating tenders, negotiating changes, benchmarking performance, and supporting fast-track delivery with BIM/ cost tools.
