In-Home Therapist– 4-Day Work Week!
Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts! Are you interested in working for a dynamic agency with generous compensation and premier benefits? The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs.

Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
- Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

- Option of a traditional 5 day or a 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!

Compensation:
- Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
- Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
