What You'll Do

As a Metal Casting Operator , you'll help produce high-quality metal castings using induction furnaces and continuous casting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll

• Operate and monitor furnaces and casting equipment
• Adjust processes to maintain product quality
• Clean and maintain molds, furnaces, and equipment
• Inspect molds and dies for quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and saws
• Monitor furnace temperatures and respond to variations
• Move materials using cranes and forklifts
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized
• Help support a strong safety-first culture

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving mindset
• Dependable, self-motivated attitude
• Team-player mentality
• Attention to detail and safety

Physical & Work Environment

• High-temperature manufacturing environment
• Standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain respirator clearance
