Job Type: Full‑time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week). Salary: $77,000 to $100,000 per year (compensation based on experience). Sign‑on Bonus: up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus available. Responsibilities Review patients’ medical history. Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of North Carolina is required. CPR and first aid certification required.
