Hours:
Mon-Friday 6am-12pm, Tuesdays 2-630, Wed 2-630 (may work some shifts in Niceville, FL) (Schedule may vary)

What You'll Do

• Deliver world-class, evidence-based strength training sessions to clients
• Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
• Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

Who You Are

• No personal training certification is required (although some fitness background is preferred)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Like being a part of a team
