We are searching for a safety conscious individual to join our team of people who want to be the best at what they do, who think just "good" is never good enough, who take pride in their work and want to work with others who feel the same way.We are seeking a team player willing to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiastic about continuous improvementWhat You Will Do:Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are availableFollow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactorsPerform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.Properly cleans out reactorsOperate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished productTransferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.Perform building and equipment preventative maintenanceManages Autonomous Maintenance activitiesUnderstand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)Completes paperwork and enter batch information into SAPPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documentsPreferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.Equal Employment OpportunityCAM Industrial Solutions is an equal opportunity employer, and we thrive on our differences for the benefit of our employees, our customers, and our community.
