Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fort Wayne, IN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What you'll do:

• Operate dry‑van tractor‑trailers safely and deliver freight on regional lanes.
• Perform mandatory pre/post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to DOT and company rules, maintain communication with dispatch, and manage delivery records.

Pay & Benefits:

• $0.70 cents per mile for all miles driven, plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and weekly home time.

Requirements:

• CDL A with a minimum of 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
