Details Hospital-based Med/Surg unit assignment 13-week travel contract Night shift schedule from 7p-7a Floating required Patient ratio of 6:1 Unit has 34 beds No on-call requirements Uses Cerner EMR Requirements Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required PALS certification required within 6 months of start date Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required Cerner EMR experience preferred No certifications expiring within first 30 days of start No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Black scrubs required Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit Maximum RTO of 4 days/nights per 13-week contract, with individual requests limited to less than 1 week Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the past 2 years American Traveler Job ID P-746474.
