Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Serve as a dedicated team member who helps children reach their full potential. Work closely with BCBA to design and implement behavior plans. Apply evidence-based interventions to teach skills and reduce problematic behaviors. Collaborate with family and support staff to maintain consistency. Record data and progress to track outcomes. Ensure safe and supportive environment for children during sessions. Physical and Daily Requirements Stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and carry children or objects up to 50 pounds. Perform tasks repeatedly throughout the day such as sitting and standing from the floor or chair, lifting to 50 lbs, and moving quickly to maintain safety and engagement. Requirements Passionate about helping children with autism. Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Minimum age 18 years. High school diploma or GED. Obtain CPR, First Aid certification and Tuberculosis test if not recently tested. Pass a pre-employment background check.
