Pay Rate: $28-29/HR Hours: M-F 6am - 3pm with on-call rotation schedule - 2 hours of OT for being on call, then if calls are received they are paid by the hour for all work done. Location: 5301 Stevens Creek, Santa Clara CA

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Office building, laboratory manufacturing facility Client facing role Team Overview: Some independent work and some team work Resource's typical working day: Maintaining critical equipment Maintaining FLS Daily rounds - Maintaining temperatures - Checking for leaks - Basic electric - Visual inspection Basic HVAC troubleshooting Possible clean room access if needed

Software skills: CMMS experience Microsoft Office - Outlook

Interview Process: 1 round virtual (Teams) with facility manager 2nd round in-person with site tour with H.M.

Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
  • Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
