Who We Are ForeFront Simulator Solutions is a fast-growing leader in the residential and commercial golf simulator industry. We specialize in creating immersive, high-quality golfing experiences for our clients while providing our employees with a dynamic work environment, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture. Most of our projects are indoors, climate-controlled, and focused on creative, exciting construction work. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Assist in the installation of golf simulators and related equipment in residential and commercial settings Use basic hand and power tools to assemble simulator structures, screens, enclosures, and components Follow blueprints, schematics, or supervisor instructions to complete installations accurately Ensure all work meets ForeFront's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in an organized and safe condition Communicate professionally with team members and clients onsite Travel to installation sites with potential overnight stays, as needed Other duties as assigned by supervisors to support installation projects The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Basic experience with power tools and a general understanding of construction tasks Dependability: shows up on time and ready to work Strong work ethic and a positive, courteous attitude Excitement about working in a creative, technology-driven environment Willingness to learn and grow professionally Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required Reliable transportation to travel to job sites Benefits Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick) Travel projects with per diem Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance options Weekly or Bi-Weekly pay cycles Referral bonus program Performance bonuses Company vehicle for work-related travel Uniforms provided Paid training and certifications Apprenticeship and mentorship opportunities Annual trips and company events Schedule Full-Time, Monday to Friday Work Location: Onsite installation projects nationwide with a primary base at ForeFront Simulator Solutions' headquarters.
