Responsibilities Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no guesswork. Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Handle panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted or torn components to factory specs. Ensure quality reassembly, including fit and finish, to meet customer standards. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the repair process. Maintain a clean and safe work location, prioritizing safety and tidiness. Qualifications At least two years’ experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides. Knowledge of frame and structural repair, able to pull, straighten and square parts. Commitment to no‑shortcuts methodology, completing work right the first time. Sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds. Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs. Team‑first attitude, working collaboratively with all front‑office staff. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
