Position Summary Sam's Club #4958 in San Marcos, TX provides Member Frontline Services Associates who deliver outstanding member service and maintain the checkout and club areas. Responsibilities Provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns. Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas; verify membership cards and assist members with purchasing decisions. Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies and procedures. Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self‑service technology. Zone, arrange, and organize merchandise; locate items as requested by members. Conduct safety sweeps and follow safety standards, reporting unsafe situations to facility management. Assist in training new associates on processes, technology, and tool functionality; deliver rollout training. Maintain paperwork, logs, documentation, and execute emergency response procedures. Ensure compliance with security, safety, and company policies; identify shrink and damages. Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and partners, prioritizing tasks and communicating progress. Qualifications Retail experience with front‑end equipment (cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
