We're looking for driven, self-motivated Project Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting people, solving problems and creating opportunities. Whether you're experienced in roofing sales or looking for a career with unlimited earning potential, we'll provide the training, systems, and support to help you succeed.

Commission Only

Expected Annual Earnings: $60,000-$175,000+

Your income is directly tied to your effort and performance, with no cap on what you can earn.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs, gutters and exterior storm damage
• Educate customers on roofing systems and available solutions
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process when applicable
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
• Build relationships that create repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate projects with our production team from contract to completion
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first meeting through the final walkthrough

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and independently
• Sales experience is a plus but not required—we hire for attitude and work ethic
