Restaurant Shift Manager

Shake Shack is seeking a dedicated and energetic team member to manage the flow of service and lead a team of hourly employees in our fast‑paced restaurant environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Responsibilities Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly team members. Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations. Qualifications At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team. Food Safety Certification as required by local jurisdiction. Strong problem‑solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Compensation & Benefits Starting hourly rate: $19.00 – $23.00, plus an additional $2.00 per hour for certain shifts worked after midnight. Weekly pay.
