Pay Rate:Minimum $23 per hour Maximum $23.50 per hour Our wage ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation that may also include incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. In addition, you must maintain a current/valid CDL A or B from the state in which position is assigned and be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
