Direct Support Professional Pay: $17–$19/hour Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available – 2nd Shift, 3rd and Weekend Availability Wanted Location: Columbus, OH At Ability Matters, we support individuals with autism and other neurological disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful lives in their communities. Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving. Experience is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
