Facilities Project Manager

Job Overview: Pay Range: $63.04hr - $68.04hr Requirement/Must Have: At least 5+ years of experience in the field. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities: Ensure optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. Manage a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Oversee contractors for facility renovation projects. Perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others. Team Leadership. Qualification And Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
