Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic sales-oriented individuals who want to build their careers in a dynamic, supportive environment. If you’re passionate about helping people protect what matters most and want to advance your sales and customer service expertise, we want to meet you!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior sales or insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to make presentations to potential clients.

Licensing Requirements:

• Property & Casualty License (must be obtained BEFORE hire).
• Life & Health License (may be obtained after hire).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about coverage options.
• Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: $55,000–$95,000 per year (salary + commission/bonus).
• Sign-On Bonus: For already licensed professionals.
• Benefits Package: Includes Simple IRA, health insurance stipend, and paid time off.
• Licensing Reimbursement: For licensing expenses after three months of employment.
• Career Advancement: Opportunities to grow within the agency and participate in the Agent Aspirant Program for those looking to open their own State Farm Agency.

Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.  Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
