\nIndy Grills designs, builds, and furnishes exceptional indoor and outdoor living spaces for residential and commercial clients. From fireplaces and outdoor kitchens to electric and gas heating, custom patio builds, and patio furniture, the company offers a full range of solutions to enhance comfort and style. The primary showroom is located at 4540 E State Road 32, Lebanon, IN 46052, where customers can explore products and consult with specialists. Indy Grills focuses on high-quality materials, thoughtful design, and customer-centered service. A new Bargersville location is planned for spring 2027, supporting continued growth and regional presence.
\n \n \nRole Description
\nThe Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, focused on generating new business and growing customer relationships for Indy Grills.
\n \nResponsibilities include
\n- Spearheading trade shows, golf outings, farmers markets, festivals, and town/neighborhood events
\n- Building relationships with realtors, designers, hotels, apartment complexes, and custom home builders
\n- Hosting events for the community and prospective clients at our showroom
\n- Visiting homes and spaces of clients to help them design a space right for them
\n- Working with our design team to create 3D renderings
\n- Creating quotes and helping cleints make the best decisions right for them
\n \nQualifications
\n- \n
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales to manage pipelines, conduct outreach, and close new business opportunities. \n
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to research prospects, create targeted contact lists, and develop outreach strategies. \n
Compensation
\nBase + Commission: Expected year one earnings approximately $120,000
