Job Title: Data & Reporting Analyst (Contract July to November) Location: Milwaukee, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Work Arrangement: Onsite The Financial Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing accurate insights to support business decision-making. This role works with finance and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and automate financial reports, dashboards, and data analyses. Gather reporting requirements, build solutions, and validate data accuracy across multiple systems. Analyze financial data, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and support audits and reconciliations. Create recurring and ad hoc reports to provide visibility into key financial metrics. Collaborate with finance, business partners, and technical teams to improve reporting tools and processes. Troubleshoot data issues and support data quality initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance analytics capabilities. Qualifications Experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting/dashboard tools. Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
