Family Nurse Practitioner
Diverse patient mix: Peds (29%), Adult (50%), Geriatric (21%)
35-40 hr week; no weekends
Light call (phone only; shared rotation)
Reports to Medical Director
Dedicated 1:1 MA support

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

$160K salary + $10K Sign on
Up to $10K relocation
NHSC/HRSA loan repayment ($50K+)
Retention + annual bonus potential

$2K CME + 40 hrs

Provide full-spectrum primary care
Participate in minimal shared call

Eligible for DATA waiver

COMMUNITY Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
