Bilingual Physician Assistant | No Call + Loan Repayment

Join a mission-driven outpatient primary care practice serving diverse and underserved communities. Provide acute care visits through a telemedicine care model while working onsite. Deliver complete patient assessments in both English and Spanish without an interpreter. Manage a high-volume outpatient practice supported by an experienced clinical team. Compensation: $80-$85 Per Hour Based On Experience. Federal & State Student Loan Repayment Eligibility.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. No call.

Role: Evaluate and treat acute primary care conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments in English and Spanish. Develop treatment plans and prescribe appropriate therapies. Educate patients on preventive care and disease management. Document encounters accurately within the EMR.

Requirements: NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED. Active California Physician Assistant License REQUIRED. Minimum One Year Of Urgent Care Experience After Certification REQUIRED. Fluent In English And Spanish REQUIRED (Must Conduct Entire Visit Without Interpreter). Strong Primary Care Assessment And Clinical Decision-Making Skills REQUIRED.
