Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate team member to join their dynamic team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various assembly projects. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Franklin, MA Pay Range: $19 - $20.90 per hour Schedule: Thursday - Sunday; 7:00am - 5:00pm OR 4:30pm - 2:30am What's the Job? Expertise in using various hand and power tools. Basic to advanced understanding of computer systems. Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions. Precision in performing tasks and measurements. Working well with team members to achieve common goals. What's Needed? Basic computer skills. Ability to follow custom assembly instructions.
