Job Opportunity: Full-Time Urologist
Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to become part of our dynamic team in Rapid City.
About the PracticeJoin a thriving practice consisting of five urologists, with a call schedule of 1:9. We provide support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to enhance patient care.
Facility OverviewThe Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed regional tertiary care center and a Level 2 Trauma Center, serving a five-state area. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and staffed by experienced professionals, including skilled first assistants. We currently operate three Da Vinci robotic systems, including the SP model, with plans to introduce a fourth system. Candidates interested in collaborating with our three robotics-trained surgeons to expand our robotic practice will find this opportunity particularly appealing.
Our surgical practice is bolstered by a comprehensive range of medical and surgical specialties, including:
- Critical Care
- Hospitalist Services
- Interventional Cardiology
- Radiology
- Pathology
- Oncology
- Radiation Oncology
We also have an active tumor board and foster a collegial, physician-led environment with strong leadership involvement.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive base salary of $650,000, with productivity bonuses available from day one. Additionally, starting and retention bonuses can reach up to $165,000. Our benefits package includes:
