End Date: 01/31/2028 Schedule: Day Shift Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80907Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Technician to work with our client in Colorado Springs, CO. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.Responsibilities:As a Technician on the team, you will collaborate with R&D Engineers and NPI Technicians.Work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environmentCalibrate and run automated tests on prototypesTroubleshoot prototypesRun scripts that determine failure modes and communicate this back to the R&D teamExecute automated performance characterization tests on prototypes at temperature and humidity and collect characterization dataQualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment or equivalentHigh School Diploma or equivalentGeneral knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturingExperience in electronic mechanical assembly including torque driversProficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, OutlookDesire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environmentDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment successfullyDemonstrated flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity and changeAbility to deliver results under schedule pressureAble to identify, prioritize and solve technical problemsDemonstrated strong initiativeDemonstrated attention to detailGood organizational skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeTekberry Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
