We're looking for a Service Loaner & Rental Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is the heartbeat of our loaner and rental operations-keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Fury standard.

Compensation:

$20-$22 per hour, based on experience and performance

What You'll Do:

As the central point of coordination for our rental and loaner fleet, you will:

Manage the Fleet

• Coordinate daily scheduling and availability of loaner and rental vehicles
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use
• Monitor fleet utilization, turnaround time, and readiness

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for rental and loaner customers
• Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and expectations
• Provide a smooth, professional check-in and check-out experience

Handle Documentation & Accuracy

• Complete rental agreements and verify insurance/driver eligibility
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds at check-out and return
• Process billing, returns, and documentation accurately

Maintain Fleet Oversight

• Track vehicle location, condition, and maintenance needs
• Report damage or issues promptly
• Coordinate with Service and Detail teams for quick turnaround

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with Service Advisors to align vehicle needs with repair timelines
• Coordinate with Sales and leadership on priorities and availability
• Support operational efficiency across departments

• Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
