Responsibilities Production of radionuclides Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals Maintaining inventory Manage P&L responsibilities Supervision of employees including Human Resources functions Ensure compliance with regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies Perform aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per SOP Perform QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per SOP Maintain applicable documents and records Prepare and delegate shipment of radioactive materials per procedure and licensing authorities Operate and maintain cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software Ensure site is clean, orderly and a safe working environment Provide exemplary customer service, including telephone support and customer visits as necessary Provide personnel training and staff development Qualifications Effective communication and ability to interpret information and provide or follow complex instructions Ability to work independently and/or as part of a cross‑functional team Strong customer relations skills Working knowledge of MS Windows applications Ability to handle 100 lb packages (Supervisory duties) Preferred Experience Manufacturing lab management experience Management of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance, 15% annual bonus plan, 100% matching 401 K up to 6% of annual base pay, 20 days of paid time off (vacation, sick and personal time) per year and 5 floating holidays. Salary Base pay range: $154,450 – $231,670. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
