Perforating Specialist / Senior Perforating Specialist - Wireline Location: Victoria, TX, US 77905-5555 We are looking for people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead. Job Duties Under general supervision, provide perforating and plug setting job design, preparation, well support, execution, and post‑job analysis to NWA/Country customers; can lead a crew in providing complex perforating and plug setting services in compliance with HMS processes. Complete well‑defined assignments with clear and specified objectives independently. Responsible for pre‑planning, job execution, post‑job analysis, and overall performance of company assets on location. Ensure equipment maintenance is recorded and complete all well site and post‑job paperwork. Develop personal relationships with the technical customer base in the designated area and be accountable for onsite customer satisfaction. Act as a communications link between customer and the Technical Sales / Solutions Team. Promote process improvements within the assigned Country or Natural Work Area (NWA). Provide guidance on basic tasks to junior specialists. Qualifications Work Authorization : Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Completion of an Associate's degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of technical education or certification and associated relevant experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job may also be considered. Completion of required internal training and competencies plus two years of Cased Hole Field operations experience, including experience in perforating and plug setting, required. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles based on experience, additional job requirements, and/or business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Perforating Specialist or Senior Perforating Specialist.
