Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Subject to weekend, holiday, float, and call requirements per department guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting, including triage, postpartum couplet care for mother and baby, and baby admissions
• Circulate OR cases as needed within the department
• Float to regional facilities as required based on departmental needs
• Maintain multi-skill capacity to support various L&D functions across the care continuum
• Adhere to all department guidelines regarding weekend, holiday, float, and call assignments
• Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of L&D experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active NRP certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active AWHONN/AFM certification from an approved vendor (documentation required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Proficiency in triage within a Labor & Delivery setting
• Experience catching babies and performing baby admits
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support regional coverage needs
