Production Worker

Our client, manufacturing and construction industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with concrete molding work and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Cable, WI
Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: Mon-Thurs 2pm-12pm (Some Fri OT, as needed) 

What's the Job?

• Assist with working on concrete molds and filling them into various shapes, including septic tanks and retaining wall blocks
• Operate interior cranes, lifts, and power tools to handle heavy materials safely and efficiently
• Support the team in material handling and basic equipment operation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment within a heated building
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe footwear at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a heated environment with no air conditioning, opening garage doors as needed
• Willingness to work with heavy materials and use power tools when necessary
• Mechanical inclination or experience with equipment is a plus but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
