• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet vital business requirements, proactively communicating project statuses and roadblocks.

• Manage detailed case assignments and maintain meticulous records of customer interactions within CRM systems.

• Optimize operations by performing critical validations in SAP ERP and Excel, applying established policies to make informed decisions.

• Exercise sound judgment to identify issues requiring escalation, engaging the right teams to guarantee timely resolutions.

• 2+ years of proven experience in customer support, order management, billing adjustments, or operations.
