Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | Mon/Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Tue/Wed: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $44 - $46/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide occupational health, preventative care, health coaching, flu vaccinations, and biometric screening services.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License in the state of submission.

• 2–3 years of relevant healthcare experience.

• Occupational Health experience preferred.

• Experience with primary care and preventative services.

• Experience administering flu vaccinations.

• Experience performing biometric screenings.

• Strong patient communication and health coaching skills.

• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with employees.

• Athena EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health and preventative healthcare services.

• Conduct health coaching and wellness education.

• Administer flu vaccinations according to established protocols.

• Perform biometric screenings and accurately document results.

• Support employee flu clinics and wellness programs.

• Provide primary care and preventative services within the LPN scope of practice.

• Assess employee health needs and provide appropriate health education.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Utilize Athena EMR for patient documentation and related clinical activities.

• Follow infection-control, workplace safety, and occupational health protocols.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and occupational health teams as needed.

• Perform other related clinical and occupational health duties as assigned.
