Minimum 1+ years Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience and CNA certificate required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support students’ well-being and contribute to an inclusive educational environment as a Certified Nursing Assistant working in a dynamic school setting. In this contract position, you'll collaborate with another CNA to deliver attentive care for a female 4th-grade student with specialized needs. Your expertise and compassion will make a lasting impact on both individual students and the greater classroom community.

Schedule:

• 32.5 hours per week
• On-site, school-based schedule aligning with the academic calendar

Essential Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous experience providing personal care, especially with pediatric populations, is strongly preferred
• Ability to assist with feeding, safe lifting/transferring using a hoyer lift, and personal hygiene tasks
• Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in supporting student needs
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, cooperative presence in both 1:1 and classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with another CNA to provide comprehensive care and assistance for a 4th-grade female student throughout the school day
• Support with feeding, toileting using a hoyer lift, and other daily activities as needed to ensure student comfort and dignity
• Participate in classroom activities, serving in a paraeducator capacity when not engaged in 1:1 care
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to uphold individualized care plans
• Maintain meticulous records and adhere to all health and safety protocols
