Position: Stand-Up Reach Truck Forklift Operator
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay Rate: $20.75 an hour

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a long-term opportunity with plenty of overtime? We're actively seeking skilled Stand-Up Reach Truck Forklift Operators to join our team in Swedesboro. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable operating material handling equipment in a cold storage setting.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating stand-up reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and prepare products for shipment. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up reach truck forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy
• Pick, wrap, and stage products for shipmen
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as required
• Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment before use
• Consolidate partial pallets and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain clean and organized dock and cooler areas
• Identify and report safety hazards
• Follow company quality, safety, and customer service standards

Shift/Hours:

• 8:00am - Finish
  OR
  10:00am - Finish
  Overtime available and weekend work required

Job Requirements

• Previous stand-up reach truck forklift experience required
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Ability to work in a very cold warehouse environment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift
• Reliable and dependable attendance
