We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week. Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus! Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles. You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions. We use state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
