You will be responsible for greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. Your role is to connect customers with the right products and team members while maintaining the store’s appearance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Welcome every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset. Provide best-in-class customer care and elevated service. Engage with shoppers to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate BEAM Sales Lead for further assistance. Provide exceptional product knowledge and educate clientele about BEAM’s mission and values. Assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges at the P Maintain a clean and organized store, including the front area, register, and back of the store. Restock and organize inventory throughout the day to ensure product availability. Support company initiatives and projects on an as‑needed basis. Identify trends and pain points in client service needs and collaborate with leadership to address and build sustainable solutions. Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Provide best-in-class customer care and elevated service. Must be available to work weekends and during the holiday season. A friendly, customer-first mindset with a passion for building connections. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and stand for a long period of time. A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and adaptable approach. Must meet minimum age requirements as determined by local labor laws.
