About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to provide executive oversight of its property management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including rent collection, leasing, housing compliance, on-site property operations, and facilities management. This role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring occupancy and rent collection performance, and maintaining the fiscal integrity and operational efficiency of the housing portfolio. The VP will also be tasked with developing and implementing systems, performance standards, and operating plans, as well as driving strategies that support regulatory integrity, resident experience, property conditions, and financial performance. Applicants for the Vice President of Property Management position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with advanced credentials preferred, and 7-10 years of relevant leadership experience in managing complex affordable or supportive housing, property management, real estate leasing, and facilities operations. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in LIHTC, Section 42, HOME Final Rule, Project-Based Section 8, and various rent funding programs. Proficiency in property management systems such as Yardi and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in rent collection strategies, budget management, and overseeing vendor and service contracts.
