We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front Counter Team Members to help create a welcoming experience for our guests.

This position is responsible for managing the register, assisting customers, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and helping keep restaurant operations running smoothly during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders accurately using the register/POS system
• Maintain smooth communication between front counter and kitchen staff
• Keep lobby, dining area, and tables clean and organized
• Ensure restrooms remain clean and stocked throughout shifts
• Assist with bagging and organizing to-go orders
• Support line and kitchen staff during busy periods when needed
• Learn additional positions and assist the team wherever necessary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Prior cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• AAA Food Handler Card required
• If you do not currently have one, we are willing to pay for certification after hiring
