With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are committed to delivering RMS solutions that exceed expectations and set new standards for performance and reliability.THE WORKThis role will support both SEMS (Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems) and MIC2 (Mission Integrated Command and Control) line of businesses, specifically the production work in our Orlando, FL and La Mesa, MX factories. This role will include CAM responsibility and total ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs which includes both labor and material responsibilities. Setting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material) and executing earned value requirements for bothLeading proposals to include leading the proposal and authoring basis of estimates (BOEs)Leading new program launches and leading the team through end item material deliveryLeading the IPT to ensure a Quality, on budget, and on time deliveryAnalyzing and updating program schedulesLeading the IPT to develop production startup requirementsResponsible for execution of existing production linesIdentifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvementsSupporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetingsCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibilityPlans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.WHO WE AREOur functional group, the Operations Program Management team, is composed of ~35 professionals with a range of skill and experience. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers.
