Senior Compensation Analyst

Senior Compensation Analyst Location: Watertown, MA - Hybrid, 3 days onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 A well-established organization in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in the administration, analysis, and ongoing development of compensation programs while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on compensation experience and is comfortable serving as a go-to resource for market pricing, salary administration, job evaluations, annual compensation planning, and compensation analytics. Responsibilities include: Support and help lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job levels, and compensation guidelines Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes Conduct job evaluations and support job leveling and classification Perform pay equity and internal equity analyses Develop compensation models, reporting, and cost-impact analyses Maintain accurate compensation and employee data within HR systems Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance on compensation-related reporting and data needs Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data Support compensation compliance, documentation, audits, and process improvements Provide compensation guidance and recommendations to HR and business leaders Qualifications: 5-7 years of progressive compensation experience Strong experience with market pricing, salary administration, job evaluation, and compensation analysis Experience supporting annual merit and compensation planning cycles Strong knowledge of pay equity, FLSA, wage and hour, and compensation-related regulations Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, modeling, and data analysis Experience working with HRIS and compensation systems; UKG experience is strongly preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with highly confidential information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred CCP certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
