This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.Why You'll Love Working with UsTeam-Based Care Model: Collaborate with a diverse team focused on whole-person care—physical, emotional, and social.More Time with Patients: Enjoy a lower daily patient volume to foster deeper relationships and deliver more personalized care.Supportive Culture: Work in a welcoming, inclusive environment that values teamwork, innovation, and learning.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.Required QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school.Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or to obtain.Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or board eligible).DEA or to obtain.One year+ experience working in value-based health care.If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.Must be willing to participate in on-call coverage by phone.Preferred QualificationsFluency in Spanish.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
