Key Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to serve a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational skills to manage assessments, documentation, and interventions efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt therapeutic strategies for various age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and reassessments for students as assigned
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy services across a spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs
• Work closely with educators and families to support students IEP goals and foster generalization of skills within the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports following state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development days, and staff consultations as needed
• Adapt services and materials to promote inclusion and address the needs of diverse learners
