We believe exceptional care begins with supported caregivers / CNAs, and we foster an environment where clinicians are respected, empowered, and equipped to do meaningful work—if you’re ready to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives, we invite you to join our team.As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensingSame Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit1:1 Care: Provide dedicated, individualized support while building a meaningful connection with your clientAdditional Perks: Paid travel time between clients and cell phone reimbursementCareer Growth: Free continuing education and advancement opportunitiesAbout This Client & Case:Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PMClient: Bedbound adult male who requires hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activitiesPersonal Care: Assist with sponge bathing, changing clothing as needed, dressing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)Dialysis Preparation: Help the client get dressed and prepared the evening before his dialysis appointment the following dayLight Housekeeping: Provide light housekeeping to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environmentCaregiver Support: Work closely with the client's wife to provide hands-on care and support with his evening routineAs a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need:Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care settingComfort and experience providing hands-on personal care for a bedbound clientAbility to safely assist with bathing, dressing, changing, and other personal care needsAbility to meet the physical demands of the assignment and provide hands-on assistance as neededCNA certification preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approachAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyReliable transportation and insuranceAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenAre you ready to make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives, helping them stay safe at home while preserving their dignity, privacy, and independence?
