Security Officer Flex Waterfront Shopping Center

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, parking areas, storefront corridors, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions needing attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support property rules, assist with crowd flow, and/or report unauthorized activity or policy violations.; Assist with security-related presence at the location by answering questions, providing directions, and/or communicating with tenants, visitors, and first responders during incidents or service calls.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
